What happens at Willingham Men’s Breakfast ? (WMB)
Who are we ?
We are a jovial mixed-age bunch of blokes from various backgrounds, all faiths and none, mainly from Willingham and neighbouring villages - These last few months we have welcomed 4 men for their first time. All Welcome- just turn up. membership not necessary.
Usual format:
- Breakfast - cooked full WMB Special/ or cereal fruit, tea/coffee, juice ; dietary too on prior request.
- Notices
- Talk usually around 20-30 minutes - (our 2025 theme of Matters of Life” starts January )
- Short Discussion/Q and A
When? Third Saturday every month at 7:45am. Yes, we start early, it does means men can get back to family/friends early in good time and is only for one Saturday a month. Regular attendance is optional of course, but ..you may miss out.
Time : 0745 hrs sit down
Finish : 0910 hrs promptly
Cost : Donation of £3 invited to cover breakfast / Free if your first time !
Where?: the main hall, Baptist Church, George Street just past the Co Op on LHS . We have safe parking and access for wheelchair and disabled toilet. Need a car-lift, let us know.

The Talks: We will draw on men’s experiences and stories as many live locally. During these short monthly talks, with maybe a video, or images projected on the large screen at the Willingham Baptist Church.
